About Me

My background

Growing up in a Southern Italian family gave me the love of food and family. I am a Professional Home Economist and cookbook author. I have a Bachelor of Science Home Economics specializing in Food and Nutrition. 

How I got started

Cooking alongside my grandmother created a love of making food to share with family and friends. I worked in restaurants and moved on to publishing, culinary instruction, recipe development and television food production and on air presentations.

My taste

I love making food and creating new recipes for family and friends to share. I am inspired by my family to cook for families.
